Q: Is your KN95 respirator mask authorized for medical use?
A: Yes.
There's lots of fake KN95 masks, meaning they don't filter at least 95% of airborne particles. In order to verify that the FDA has authorized a KN95 in the US to be used for healthcare personnel (HCP), they need to be on the FDA EUA Appendix A list: https://www.fda.gov/media/136663/download

Our KN95 958 respirator mask is on this list from the manufacturer Weini Technology Development Co., Ltd.

Our Benehal 9015 KN95 respirator mask is on this list from the manufacturer Suzhou Sanical Protective Product Manufacturing, Co., Ltd.

Our XIKII KN95 respirator mask is on this list from the manufacturer Dongguan Sengtor Plastics Products Co., Ltd.

A: For the N95, CE/FFP2 and KN95 respirator masks, there is a 10 pack available. The N95 has a 20 pack, the black KN95 has a 20 pack, and the Benehal KN95 has a 20 pack as well. The CE/FFP2, Weini KN95, and black KN95 have a 50 pack as well.

We purchase 3M Aura 9210+ N95 particulate respirators, packaged individually, in bulk cases directly from a 3M premium dealer and therefore they do not come in boxes of small quantities.

Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing?
A: Yes. Please click on the 'Wholesale' tab in the main menu for more information.

Q: How fast can I receive my items after placing an order?
A: Domestic U.S. orders typically ship out within 24 hours of placing an order, and arrive in 1 to 4 business days. International orders may vary. During the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holiday season orders typically ship out within 3-5 business days of placing an order, but may take longer.

Q: Can you only wear the mask once?
A: The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) states a respirator can be reused as long as it “maintains its structural and functional integrity and the filter material is not physically damaged or soiled.”

Q: How effective are the masks?
A: Our N95 respirator masks are evaluated, tested, and approved by NIOSH as per the requirements in 42 CFR Part 84. The N95 respirator reduces wearer's exposure to particles including particle aerosols and large droplets (only non-oil aerosols). N95 respirator masks have a tight-fitting face seal fit, and filter out at least 95% of airborne particles including large and small particles. When properly fitted and donned, minimal leakage occurs around edges of the respirator when user inhales. For more information click here.

Our FFP2, and KN95 masks are N95-Equivalent masks and are thicker than a typical surgical mask and can fit around the nose and cheeks to keep out viral particles. The masks are designed to be disposable and are designed to prevent at least 95% of small particles from entering the lungs.
The World Health Organization (WHO) states: “masks are effective only when used in combination with frequent hand-cleaning with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water”.

Q: Do they protect against Coronavirus?
A: The Centers for Disease Control, and the WHO recommend an N95, FFP2 or an N95-Equivalent respirator, which when worn tightly and properly fitted and sealed has the ability to filter out at least 95% of airborne particles.
